5. Before and after production, machine operators must strictly check whether the equipment has oil leakage, leakage, etc., and report it.
6. During the operation of the equipment, you should pay attention to the operation at any time, and you must not doze off or leave your post; if you find any abnormality, you should report it in time.
7. Machine operators are strictly prohibited from drinking before work to prevent accidental injuries. Special types of work must be certified before work.
8. When cleaning and washing machines and equipment, the power supply should be cut off first.
9. It is strictly forbidden to flush the motor and control system of the equipment with water; it is strictly forbidden to flush the power supply equipment, circuit system, power switch, electric control box, electric control cabinet, exhaust fan and other electrical facilities with water, and it is strictly forbidden to do cleaning and sanitation work when the machine equipment is in operation.
10. Non-equipment maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from dismantling and modifying the machine equipment and power system without permission.
11. When handing over and leaving the machine after work, workshop personnel should check whether the equipment, circuit system, water supply system, workshop door lock, warehouse door lock, etc. are closed.
12. The workshop and warehouse must be equipped with corresponding fire-fighting facilities. It is strictly forbidden to use and damage fire-fighting facilities when no fire occurs.
13. Equipment operators should locate molds, operating tools, etc. at fixed points.
14. Equipment operators should clean up raw materials, finished products, tools, and operating tables on time.
15. Take the initiative to learn and improve each other.
