1) Wear protective equipment as required before work, tie up your cuffs, and do not wear a scarf. When cutting cast iron, aluminum, or copper workpieces at high speed, you must wear protective glasses. When touching rotating keys and rotating parts, you must not wear gloves. Gloves are allowed when clamping workpieces.

(2) The operator should be familiar with the working principle, structure, and performance of the machine tool he is operating, and can only operate after obtaining a qualification certificate through assessment. It is strictly forbidden for unlicensed operators to operate alone.

(3) Check the protection, insurance, signal devices, and mechanical transmission parts of the machine tool. The electrical parts must have reliable protection devices to ensure that they are complete and effective. It is strictly forbidden to use the machine tool beyond specifications, overload, overspeed, or overtemperature.

(4) The workpiece, fixture, and tool must be clamped firmly.

(5) Before starting the machine tool, check whether the position of each handle is correct. Add lubricating oil according to the lubrication table and observe the surrounding dynamics. After the machine tool is started, stand in a safe position to avoid the moving parts of the machine tool and iron chips flying.

(6) After the machine tool is started, it should be operated at a low speed for 3-5 minutes. Only after confirming that all parts are normal can it be operated. When operating the lathe in winter, it is necessary to run it at a low speed and check whether the pipelines are frozen and cracked. It is not allowed to pass or take objects in the operating parts.

(7) When adjusting the machine tool speed, stroke, clamping workpieces and tools, measuring workpieces, and wiping the machine tool, it must be stopped before proceeding.

(8) It is forbidden to place tools or other items on the guide surface or workbench of the machine tool.

(9) Do not remove iron filings directly by hand, but use special tools to clean them. Such as brushes or hooks.

(10) Whenever two or more people work on the same machine tool, one person must be designated as the captain to command in a unified manner to prevent accidents.

(11) When the machine tool has an abnormality, such as abnormal noise, smoke, vibration, odor, etc., it should be stopped immediately and relevant personnel should be asked to check and deal with it.

(12) Do not leave the post when the machine tool is running. If it is necessary to leave the post, it must be stopped and the power supply must be cut off.

(13) Measuring tools and hand tools should be used correctly, and the general tool technology safety operation procedures should be strictly followed.

(14) The chuck wrench, tool holder and screws should be properly matched. Do not add pads to the wrench mouth. After adding a sleeve to the wrench, it should be removed immediately.

(15) Various jigs, chucks and measuring tools should not be placed randomly. They should be placed in the tool box after use. Those that are frequently used should be placed on a special wooden tray.

(16) After using the needle tray, the needle should be placed vertically with the head facing down in an appropriate position.

(17) When clamping the workpiece for alignment, do not knock hard to avoid damaging the headstock or loosening the chuck and causing the workpiece to fall and cause an accident.

(18) When using a top clamp to hold a heavy workpiece, it should not exceed half of the total length.

(19) The turning tool must be firmly clamped on the tool holder, and the tool head must not extend too long. The tool pad should be neat, and saw blades, rags, cotton yarn, etc. should not be used as padding materials.

(20) Before cutting, tighten the positioning screws of the tool holder top, center holder, follower holder and other parts.

(21) When using gauze for polishing, do not wrap the gauze around the workpiece and hold it tightly with your hands for polishing. You must clamp the gauze on a suitable wooden block or file for polishing.

(22) It is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the hole to touch the tool or workpiece when the workpiece is rotating. Do not put your head close to the rotating chuck or mold to observe the cutting conditions in the hole.

(23) When the machine tool is running, it is strictly forbidden to hold the die or tap to make buckles with your hands. You must use a special clamp.

(24) When using a file for grinding while the locomotive is rotating, the file must be equipped with a handle. The operator should stand with his legs forward and backward, with the right hand in front and the left hand behind, and apply force evenly.

(25) When the lathe is rotating at high speed, it is strictly forbidden to use the reverse gear brake, and it is even more forbidden to stop the chuck from rotating with your hands.

(26) When processing eccentric workpieces, balance blocks must be added and tightened securely. The brakes should not be too strong and the speed should not be too fast.

(27) When cutting large materials, sufficient margin should be left and broken after unloading. Small materials should not be connected by hand when cutting.

(28) When processing slender materials, an ejector, a follower or a center frame should be used. Workpieces that extend backward from the inner hole of the spindle for more than 300 mm should be supported by a bracket and, if necessary, a protective railing should be installed.

(29) When parking, the tool should be retracted first and then stopped.

(30) After work, stop the machine tool, put the various tools used in the tool box in order, and stack the blanks, semi-finished products and finished products neatly.

(31) It is strictly forbidden to operate the power switch and handle with your feet.

(32) When leaving get off work, heavy, long and large workpieces that have not been processed should be supported to avoid deformation of the workpiece and spindle.

(33) Iron pins, leftover materials, etc. near the work area must be cleaned up promptly to avoid accumulation that may cause personal injury.
