5. Cutting and welding cannot be performed without thoroughly cleaning and explosion testing containers (such as cylinders, oil tanks, oil bunkers, tank trucks, storage tanks) that have contained flammable and explosive liquids and gases.
6. Cutting and welding cannot be performed in places where combustible materials (such as plastics, cork, etc.) are used as insulation layers, cooling layers, sound insulation, heat insulation, or places where sparks can splash before reliable safety measures are taken.
7. Do not weld or cut pressure pipes or containers.
8. Do not weld or cut before removing flammable and explosive materials near welding or taking safety measures.
9. Do not weld or cut in fire-prohibited areas without the approval of fire and safety departments.
10. Do not weld or cut when there are jobs that conflict with open flames (such as painting, spraying 202 glue, etc.) nearby.
